Brutox Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brutox App regarding the use of the mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description and the "Tone"

Brutox is a personal motivation application that offers challenging quotes based on your answers. Brutox uses direct, unfiltered, and occasionally provocative language. This is the app's core proposition. By configuring the level, you give your explicit consent for this type of harsh content.

3. Eligibility (17+)

To use Brutox, you must be 17 years of age or older (adult/offensive content rating). You use it for personal, non-commercial use.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to use the app within your own device for personal purposes. You may not reverse engineer, clone, or resell its commercial quotes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer Brutox Unlimited through an auto-renewable subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

Brutox (text, algorithms, interface, logo, and design) belongs entirely to our brand. Sharing images of your quotes on social media is fully permitted as system use, but mass cloning for third-party databases is not.

7. Mental Health Disclaimer (Highly Relevant)

BRUTOX IS NOT A THERAPEUTIC, MEDICAL, OR MENTAL HEALTH TOOL. It is personal motivation delivered through a challenging and even offensive channel under the user's control.

8. Legal Disclaimer

The app is provided "As Is". To the extent permitted by law and European consumer protections, we disclaim secondary warranties and limit liability for all direct, consequential, or accidental damages resulting from the autonomous use of our technology.

9. Modifications

We will notify you of major modifications or future price increases in membership contracts through the platforms 30 days in advance.
